Toasted Sesame seeds are fantastic to keep around! You can add them to salads, tons of different Chinese dishes and help to garnish dishes well. They're so easy to toast, see below.

Preheat your oven to 350F
Sprinkle one layer of sesame seeds onto a baking tray, I recommend laying them on parchment paper or a baking mat.
Place the tray in the oven and cook for 8-10 minutes (7-8 minutes for black sesame seeds).
Once golden and have a nutty aroma, they're done! Let them cool or a few minutes and then enjoy!
Store 4-6 weeks in a airtight container or 4-6 months in the freezer.
