Join Dr. Maya Radonich, and Skinny Raven Sports for a 3-part series on preventing foot, knee, and hip injuries. The dates will be Wed September 19th, Wed September 26th, and Thur Sept 27th. This event is hands-on, with exercises demonstrated and practiced during the evening. There will be an introduction to biomechanics and the root cause of some common injuries on the first night.
This event is limited to 10 people, so register early to hold your spot! Wear comfortable athletic clothing. The first day will be covering biomechanics and biomechanics break-downs, so please bring a pad, mat, or pillow for sitting on the floor. The following days will be more hands-on.
Registration is for all 3 days of the series, because each day builds on the previous information.
There will be a discount on the night of the event - for attendees only - on Skinny Raven rehab tools.
